Tissue Box Covers
Types of Boxes?
Our Tissue box covers are suitable for most ‘Flat’ or ‘Family/Facial’ types of Tissue Box. They are not designed for use with the Cube/Boutique/Cosmetic Tissue Box shape.
Maximum Sizes?
All our tissue box covers measure 22.0cm x 37.5cm (8.5 inches x 14.5 inches) when empty and laid flat.
Flat Boxes
Recently some of the ‘Luxury’ and ‘Man Size’ (Flat) Tissue boxes have become available in sizes that are too large for our current stock size. The maximum sized box that can be accommodated by our covers without causing damage to the cover is (L.) 30cm x (W.) 16cm x (H.) 5cm.If you are trying to use one of our covers with a flat box which has any dimension which exceeds any of the above, you may encounter problems. We will continue to monitor the market to see if larger covers will be required to satisfy consumer demand in the future.
Family (Facial) Boxes
Typically these measure (L.) 23cm x (W.) 11.5cm x (H.) 9cm. As the width is much less than that of the ‘Flat’ boxes our Covers can comfortably accommodate the increased height. We haven’t yet come across any family shaped boxes that are too large for our covers.
How long will my cover last?
We have recently insisted on some minor modifications to our stock to maximize the life of these products. Our tissue box covers are made of robust high specification materials. They are therefore suitable for repeated use over a long period. However, as we cannot ensure how gently our customers treat these products, we are unable issue firm guarantees in relation to their longevity.

How long will I need to wait for delivery?
We endeavour to despatch orders in 2-3 working days. Delivery in the UK and EC should therefore be within 10 working days. It will normally be quicker than this. Delivery Worldwide is dependent on the vagaries of the Airmail system to the delivery country. N.B. On the rare occasions that we take holidays notification of the effect on deliveries will be posted on the Home page of this website.
Lead times? If an item that you wish to buy is out of stock and we are waiting for more stock, approximate lead times will be posted next to the product description. If a product is shown ‘Out of Stock’ we may not be able to re-stock that item. If you still want to buy the item please e-mail questions@madgeldishouse.com for more information.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to handle all our Credit and Debit card payments. They accept all major Debit and Credit cards and you can pay using your own PayPal account,if you have one. Customers with a U.K. Sterling Current Bank Account can opt to pay by cheque.
Important Notes re Paypal. If you have a Paypal account but prefer to pay by Credit or Debit card select the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here" Button when the first Paypal page opens during the payment process. Otherwise the payment will come out of your Paypal account. You will be asked for an e-mail address when you make the Credit Card payment you must choose one that is not associated with an existing PayPal account otherwise the system will try to get you to pay through a PayPal account. How much is shipping? It varies depending on where we have to send the goods to - and how much you have ordered. The price of your shipping will always be shown to you before payment.
