Returns Procedure

Tissue Box Covers.

If a product purchased from Madgeldis House Ltd. is defective or sub-standard you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the goods within 7 days of delivery to you.  This may only be done by first contacting returns@madgeldishouse.com  & requesting a returns authorisation reference.

Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference. You could be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions, but these do not affect or override your statutory rights.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 200 allow for a cooling off period of 7 working days from the date of delivery during which you can return goods. Provided that they are  returned in good condition a refund of the purchase price or other goods in lieu will be offered.  You could be required to cover the cost of the return postage and the original delivery charge.
